To insure a serene atmosphere, please be sure to turn off or silence any electronic devices prior to entering salon epiffani. We offer services for men & women and therefore ask that you please provide your own childcare ahead of time, outside of the salon premises. to insure that all of our guests and team, are not disturbed. salon epiffani is a boutique salon and can only accommodate the person with a scheduled appointment.

Our Team
Our salon epiffani Design Team consists of Professional and Talented Men & Women. We offer a Team Member to suit every budget, as we have a Team Member Level System.
Junior Stylist (Min. 3 years behind the chair experience in Haircutting & Hair Coloring).
Senior Stylist (Min. 6 years experience in Haircutting & Hair Coloring)
Master Stylist (Min. 9 years Experience with Mastery in Hair Color, Cutting & Styling)
Mentor Stylist (A Master Stylist with Over 15Yrs. Experience and is a certified salon ep-iffani Educator)

Haircut service include a ‘natural texture’ blow-dry finish. Full Color Services include a Round Brush Blow- out. If you want your finished style to include the use of a flat iron, curling iron or a thermal brush blow-out, please request this add-on service when schedul-ing your appointment, as this will require additional service time as well as a nominal fee for the added service. All listed service prices are starting prices. All Hair services are based on a variety of components to fulfill the desired finished look.

New Clients: Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow check-in details.

Repeat Clients: Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, for quick check-in detail. We schedule appointments according to the stylists availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; this it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. Please inform your Stylist of any medica-tions or vitamins intake, as this may disturb the service application of any/all chemical ser-vices. salon epiffani requires a current credit card to be filed with each client plus email & phone number. We highly recommend Re-Booking Future Appointments Prior to Depar-ture.

Quotes & Consultations
If a quote is needed, please schedule a consultation, as quotes are only given in person. A consultation consists of a 15-20min. verbal meeting between the Stylist & Guest to discuss a future service, no actual service is rendered. Consultations are Complimentary if Booked Tue.-Thur., otherwise a $10+ Consult Fee will be Charged on Fri./Sat.

We offer a courtesy reminder via email & sms text, a minimum 3 days prior to your sched-uled service date. This allows time for any guest to make changes or re-schedule any ser-vices. We ask that all Guests provide a valid email address and mobile phone number, for proper appointment reminder delivery notification.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation, to avoid charges for last minute cancelled services. 24 HR Cancellations can only be made via a phone call directly to your stylist or by calling salon epiffani.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services but are always greatly appreciated. As all of our Team Members are Independent Contractors, we can only accept cash gratuities. As a courtesy, we provide gratuity envelopes for your convenience. It is customary to tip your stylist for all services as a way to communicate your satisfaction level of services provided.

Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations as well as gifts for employees and business clients. Gift Certificates are available all year round. Come in and purchase one today.

Method of Payment
salon epiffani welcomes Personal Checks, Travelers Checks & Visa/Mastercard with valid identification for Retail Items. Our Design Team consists of Independent Contractors and therefore only accept specific methods of payment. Please call ahead to verify your Stylists preferred method of payment. Starter checks are not accepted. $25.00 charge on each returned check, plus any additional bank fees.

All contracted services must be paid for in advance no later than one week prior to service date.

Service Guarantee
We Guarantee *All of our services to meet your satisfaction. A client that, within reason, is not fully satisfied with his/her hair service, must notify their stylist immediately, within 7 days of their original service date to avoid responsibility of full service fees. Service Refunds are given by stylist, not salon epiffani. (*Service Guarantee is Excluded from Corrective Color Service & Salon Classes)

Retail Returns/Exchanges
A prompt ‘Credit’ will be allowed on the following retail items: shampoo, conditioner & styling products that are near 95% full & barely used or if Retail Item is defective. (Closeout Items, Special Order Items, Hair Brushes, Tools etc. are Final Sale, therefore no return/refund given.)

Traveling Fees
All services are priced based on services rendered at salon epiffani located at 2380 salvio street suite 103 concord, ca. 94520. Styling and Make-Up services are also available for 'Off Site’; this type of service will require an additional traveling fee. Please consult your salon epiffani Design Team Member to discus and make proper arrangements on this matter.

Though, salon epiffani provides robes for all clientele to keep clothing free of hair clipping and water, etc; we ask that you kindly change into a robe, prior to your service. salon epiffani is not responsible for any damage to any persons apparel. We ask that you keep all personal valuables at home, in purse or briefcase, as several common services within the salon may prompt one to lose or damage small items such as an earring, Bluetooth etc.
